Aladino Rodriguez
In a good way, they say I'm crazy. I really like to transmit energy in each demonstration I do. I understand that it is difficult for beginners to understand this in their first classes, but they begin to understand that performing the exercise at maximum power will result in better sports performance and greater muscle mass will be gained in training.
Bio
Hello, I'm Aladino Rodriguez, and I'm here to guide you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself. With a background in physical culture and sports, along with postgraduate degrees in sports training theory and methodology, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the world of martial arts and fitness.
I specialize in Kickboxing, Taekwondo, and Karate, and have a second-dan black belt in Taekwondo. My favorite thing about these sports is the incredible power they can help individuals unlock within themselves. As a coach, my reason “why” is deeply rooted in my own journey as an athlete. I felt an unwavering confidence in my abilities, and I want to instill that same confidence in my students.
My commitment to passing on the knowledge and techniques I've acquired throughout my career is what makes me feel like a Warrior. I believe that well-structured training programs, adapted to each individual's goals and abilities, are key to success. I'm dedicated to helping my clients reach their fitness and martial arts objectives, making sure they feel confident in their progress.
My clients and students often describe me as energetic and passionate about what I do. I have a knack for transmitting my enthusiasm for training, even if it might seem a little crazy at times. I understand that, especially for beginners, this energy can be a little overwhelming, but they soon realize that pushing their limits and giving maximum effort is the path to enhanced sports performance and achieving their goals.
My motto is to take a structured approach to training, breaking it down into stages: basic teaching, improvement, and refinement. I firmly believe in starting with the fundamentals and gradually progressing to more advanced techniques. Coordination exercises play a crucial role, as mastering them makes every aspect of training more manageable. Whether you aim to compete or simply improve your physical capabilities, I'm here to guide you on your journey to success. Let's get started on your path to greatness.
